Devjani comes with 23 years of experience as a consultant behavioural facilitator, instructional designer, enthusiastic story teller, positive psychology coach, and an entrepreneur.
She focuses on 'mind set coaching' and ‘experiential learning techniques’ to enable individuals and teams to reach their goal of change. As a learning consultant she has designed various learning interventions to drive profitable results for individuals, roles, and organisation as a whole. She has trained over 5000+ participants in diverse industries like, IT, Telecom, ITES, Auto, BFSI, Service, NGO, Manufacturing, Hospitality, and Educational organizations which gives her an understanding of comprehensive picture of adult learning behavior.
As a life coach she partners with clients to overcome the psychological barriers and encourage them to stretch their limits. She believes in keeping the coaching approach simple. Its has THREE simple parts: using experiential tools, re-framing to a positive mindset and achieving the desired behavioral change.
