At Yaasha you will have private access to 3 bedrooms and a common living room. The space is suitable for 6-8 adults and/or 2-4 kids. Extra guests can be accommodated as per request.

Cottage is equipped with High-Speed broadband (80-100 MBPS) to allow seamless WFH in lap of nature with snow peaks and lush green valleys. Every room comes with big bay windows, large balconies offering amazing view of snow peaks and lush green valley, modern furnishing, big room with heating, 42 inch TV, King size double beds. Gagar is a Quiet location near to big tourist attractions (Nainital / Bhimtal / Mukteshwar) all located within 25 km. Bonfire can be arranged on request.

We do not offer kitchen access to the guest unless there is special food requirements or small kid.

Nature/Village Walks: Just come out of the Cottage in Gagar and start in any direction you want. There are so many different walking trails which leads you to Jungle, Temple or Village depending on your mood and direction you have chosen. Be careful in the evenings specifically going alone as Gagar still boast of a fair sighting of wild animals.

Adventure Activities: Trekking/Rappelling/Rock Climbing/ Paragliding: Unlike many of the cottages in Nainital area, around Gagar there are lots of opportunity for adventure sports. You can go trekking to famous trails, do rock Climbing/Rappelling at famous points near Mukteshwar. Paragliding is also becoming quite popular and people interested can get in touch with adventure sports companies in and around Bhimtal.

Bird Watching/Photography: A Bird watchers paradise, Gagar has more than 150 Bird Species. You can simply walk on the main road or skip to the terrace fields and into the forest, this place offers ample opportunities for anyone for a good shot.

Reading, Playing and spending time with loved ones: A perfect location for spending some quality time with your loved ones or yourself. There is absolutely no disturbance to your thought process or intrusion into your time with your family.
